Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Develop Marketing Strategies
• Create marketing plans to increase awareness and participation in professional development programs.
• Identify target audiences and tailor messaging to their needs.
• Establish campaign goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
2. Manage Promotional Campaigns
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns using:
o Email marketing
o Social media
o Websites and landing pages
o Print materials
• Coordinate campaign timelines and promotional schedules.
3. Create Marketing Content
• Develop compelling content for:
o Training announcements
o Brochures
o Web pages
• Ensure messaging aligns with organizational branding.
4. Drive Program Enrollment and Engagement
• Promote workshops, conferences, webinars, certifications, and training programs.
• Implement strategies to increase registrations and attendance.
• Encourage repeat participation and long-term learner engagement.
5. Analyze Marketing Performance
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Provide recommendations for improvement based on data.
6. Maintain Brand Consistency
• Ensure all communications meet brand standards.
• Create templates and guidelines for marketing materials.
• Uphold organizational messaging and visual identity.
7. Manage Digital Presence
• Update websites
• Improve user experience for online registration and information access
8. Conduct Market Research
• Assess industry trends and competitor offerings
• Recommend new promotional opportunities and program enhancements
10. Support Event Marketing
• Promote conferences, training sessions, and workshops

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 
High School diploma + 3 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree + 1 year of relevant experience.

Equivalent Qualifications: 

Preferred Qualifications: 
Experience with digital and traditional marketing, proficiency with data analytics and interpretation, ability to draft engaging copy, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
