Job Duties and Responsibilities: Support NMSU's teaching mission at the undergraduate and graduate levels; develop vigorous, high-impact, externally funded research programs; work closely with other members of existing faculty specializing in related areas; test, deploy and impart their expertise and practices to relevant departments and collaborating school districts and communities; effectively mentor undergraduate students, graduate students, and postdoctoral researchers; adopt practices that support NMSU's mission; and contribute to an equitable, inclusive, and diverse STEM learning environment within NMSU, the local communities, and the state.
