Job Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and support the implementation of statewide training, certification, and workforce development initiatives for Family Peer Support and Youth Peer Support programs.
Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring deliverables, training activities, and certification processes are completed accurately and on schedule.
Serve as a primary point of contact for trainees, trainers, supervisors, behavioral health providers, community partners, state agencies, and individuals with lived experience.
Maintain training, certification, and participant records utilizing Smartsheet, Microsoft 365 applications, Excel, and other data management systems while ensuring data accuracy, quality assurance, and compliance with program requirements.
Coordinate the collection, analysis, and reporting of program activity data; prepare reports, evaluation summaries, performance metrics, presentations, and other materials to support stakeholder reporting and continuous quality improvement efforts.
Monitor certification requirements, continuing education credits, training completion status, and recertification timelines while providing timely communication and technical assistance to participants and stakeholders.
Coordinate all aspects of training delivery, including registration management, participant communications, scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking, training materials, virtual platform moderation, and post-training follow-up.
Support trainers and subject matter experts through effective communication, technical assistance, and coordination to ensure successful training implementation.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholder groups while promoting community engagement, workforce development, and family-driven practices that center lived experience.
Develop and implement program procedures, workflows, and operational improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance data systems, reporting processes, and organizational efficiencies through technology and automation solutions.
Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to respond to inquiries, provide program information, resolve participant concerns, and facilitate effective communication among internal teams and external partners.
Develop knowledge of Family Peer Support and Youth Peer Support principles, values, and best practices and integrate these concepts into program operations, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Required Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree.

Experience with data entry, data tracking, reporting, and records management.
Ability to analyze information and develop meaningful reports and program summaries.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Experience coordinating trainings, meetings, webinars, or professional development programs.
Ability to provide technical assistance and support virtual learning environments.
