Job Duties and Responsibilities: **If using a post-secondary degree to qualify, please attach it on the application

Deliver community-based, culturally appropriate health programs. Conduct and provide prevention education and resources or health education activities. Recruit and organize groups of individuals with limited income and/or from minority populations. Assists with coordinating and implementing grant-related programs. Refers program participants to various agencies and community resources. Distribute, collect and document program information, including outcomes using various methods such as surveys and assessments. Maintain working knowledge of health activities and issues in the US-Mexico border. Performs other related duties as assigned.
