Standard Work Schedule: Standard (M-F, 8-5)

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Performs all aspects of Facilities & Services front desk reception area. Processes and coordinates all AiM Work Orders. Processes all Electronic and Key access requests. Provides reception for all visitors at the Facilities & Services Administrative office. Under direct supervision, performs a range of accounting functions. Includes preparation of requisitions, invoices, JV's, etc. Reconciliation of general internal service unit accounts and analysis of data to verify internal consistency and completeness. Prepares a variety of recurring accounting related reports, summaries, financial statements, statistical reports and reconciliations.

 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 
High School diploma + 1 years of relevant experience, or higher degree.

Equivalent Qualifications: 

Preferred Qualifications: 
Customer service experience, work order system experience.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

Physical Effort: No or very limited physical effort required.

Lifting Requirements: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking.
