The Administrative Assistant II serves as a key point of contact for NM EDGE participants, providing assistance with phone and email inquiries, student account access, class preparation, and program operations. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the NM EDGE program including customer service, answering phone and email inquiries, assisting students with electronic access to their student accounts, assisting with electronic preparation of class materials and class delivery, generating class completion certificates and preparing their distribution with the assistance of our student worker, handling mail both receiving and dispensing, maintenance of records in our electronic filing system, printing/copying materials as needed, scanning sign-in sheets and tests as needed and filing properly, assistance with graduation audits, class proctoring, and general program support in multiple areas. Must use good judgement when dealing with a broad clientele ranging from elected officials to their employees from every level of government and public service.
