Experience with online learning platforms, database systems, reporting tools, and customer service is highly desirable.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide support to the NM EDGE program including programming of events using our customized enrollment system, managing our electronic testing site, updating the website regularly, demonstrated ability to assist instructors with their AV needs and trouble shoot any issues, supporting NM EDGE Team members with technical assistance in standard operating procedures with a technical aspect, report generation for impact statements and state reporting, assisting with generating and distributing class completion certificates and graduation certificates as needed, assisting with class delivery (currently in a live online format), responding to inquiries for information, interacting with elected and appointed officials and their employees in the public sector in a professional and helpful manner, and any other duties as assigned. Willingness to work with program manager to find ways to improve internal and external systems which would add efficiency and effectiveness to support program growth
