Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide administrative and secretarial support to multiple LEAP Programs, which includes managing phone calls, assisting students and visitors, and addressing various administrative needs/concerns by either solving them directly or referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries. Create, manage, and update files, databases, records, and documents related to LEAP Programs. Coordinate and arrange meetings, interviews, and appointments for programs, potentially involving travel coordination. Supervise and guide junior staff or student employees working within LEAP Programs. Assist in organizing events, setting schedules, coordinating activities, and preparation. May prepare meeting agendas, draft, type, transcribe, and edit minutes for program meetings. May assist in collecting disaggregated demographic data for LEAP reports and presentations. Assist LEAP management and staff in planning projects and events, finding solutions, and achieving goals. Prepare and maintain budget planning documents, reconcile p-cards, and monitor monthly budget reports for programs. Draft or ensure prompt responses to routine written inquiries directed to programs.

 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 
High School diploma + 3 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree + 1 year of relevant experience.

Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
