If Not a Standard Work Schedule: Standard M-F, 8-5, occasional night and weekend events required.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide guidance to students and their families in personal and interpersonal adjustment, academic concerns, career and life planning.
• Provide and connect students and their families to community resources, institutional resources, and public assistance referrals and support.
• Conduct Student referrals to counseling resources and other services as appropriate to offices on and off campus as needed.
• Responsible for providing excellent customer services while disseminating accurate information to prospective and current students and their families regarding admissions policies, registration, financial aid & scholarships as well as many others via multiple venues including in person, phone calls email and text.
• Creates and provides presentations on and off campus (outreach) to small and large groups as needed.
• Participation in event planning, setup and tear down.
• Food pantry operations to include, but not limited to: shopping, stocking, inventory, student work study supervision, loading and unloading, assisting students shopping in the Comfort Casita, and assisting with the Comfort Casita Sustainability Plan.
Required Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree.
