Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and executing operational elements of Arrowhead Centers business incubator programs to expand program participation to small business owners across New Mexico. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create educational content, manage client databased, develop recruitment strategies, maintain client relationships and communication, plan and organize training and outreach events, execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, mentor clients seeking business resource assistance, and other miscellaneous tasks.

Business Incubator Program Operations
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of state-wide business incubator programs including, marketing strategies and campaigns for various programs, facilitating program recruitment and delivery. This includes engaging content creation, social media management, promotional item design, community engagement events, internal and external partnerships building, teaching, and managing client data among others.
• Website creation and management for various Arrowhead Center incubator programs, to ensure accuracy of the information displayed in online channels and increase client engagement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and impactful marketing materials to recruit incubator program participants.
• Track and collect data on engagement with various marketing materials.
• Develop and implement client management and tracking process to assess client participation and progress in business incubator programs.
• Develop and implement program progress tracker for each business incubator program, for marketing, curriculum development, and guest speaker recruitment.
• Assist with facilitation of business incubator courses, including managing virtual learning logistics, and teaching lessons on business development.

Client relationship management
• Meet with and advise business incubator clients regarding business development needs and available resources.
• Assess client needs and provide individualized guidance, consultation, and resource accommodations.
• Develop program roadmaps with clients and internal teams based on business objectives and program goals.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships through communication, support, and follow-up.

Outreach and Recruitment Event Coordination
• Plan, organize, and execute successful outreach events for various Arrowhead Center programs aimed at recruiting business participants and partners.
• Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, equipment rental, catering, and transportation, to ensure seamless execution.

 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 
Associate's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree.

Equivalent Qualifications: 

Preferred Qualifications: 
Preferred Education- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Experience- One (1) year of professional experience related to the job duties and responsibilities as outlined.
