Job Duties and Responsibilities: This position is physically located in the department.

This position focuses on post-award monitoring of restricted and unrestricted funding sources, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, funding source terms and conditions, and uniform administrative requirements, cost principles, and audit requirements. This position reviews travel expense reports, direct payment requests, procurement card transactions, and other fiscal documents submitted by college staff, secures all required approval signatures, and uploads them to the NMSU central business function for processing completion.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
High School diploma + 3 years of relevant experience or an Associate’s
Degree + 1 year of relevant experience.
